Job Summary: Rigging Inspection Technician, is responsible for the safety and certification of critical lifting assets. This position covers the full lifecycle of rigging equipment—from visual inspection to mechanical pull testing and final certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Inspection: Conduct detailed "inch-by-inch" examinations of wire rope, chain slings, and hardware for defects like broken wires, nicks, gouges, stretching, or heat damage.
- Pull & Proof Testing: Use hydraulic test beds to apply controlled loads to verify equipment integrity without causing permanent damage.
- Maintenance & Repair: Assist in the assembly, repair, and recertification of lifting products, including replacing safety latches or damaged hardware.
High volume product Order Fulfillment
Works from packing slip to pull products or supplies.
May use a pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Skills:
Must be very detail-oriented,
thorough and accurate.
Must have good vision, as many products have very similar part numbers
Ability to efficiently solve problems and have strong leadership skills
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
Must be organized
English is a must - Read and write..
Room to advance ( In house training)
Job Types: Permanent, Full time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
