Overview
Join our team as a Floral Merchandiser, where your creativity and organizational skills will bring floral displays to life! In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and maintaining eye-catching product displays that enhance the customers experience, elevate the visual appeal of the space and drive floral sales. Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales

● Create eye-catching, organized and well-stocked displays

● Arrange and rotate products to ensure freshness and visual appeal● Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and store policies

● Build positive working relationships with store teams

Experience and Qualifications:





● Previous merchandising experience (1 year preferred)

● Strong knowledge of visual design principles, schematics, planograms and a good eye for attention to detail

● Excellent organizational and time management abilities

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Valid driver's license (photocopy needed prior to hiring) and reliable vehicle required

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

● Ability to lift and move product (up to 20 lbs)● Comfortable working in a retail environment
