About Skotidakis

Skotidakis is a family-owned dairy company specializing in Greek yogurt, cheeses, and yogurt-based dips. We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team and help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our finished goods inventory.

About the Role

As an Inventory Analyst, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy of finished goods inventory, investigate discrepancies in our ERP system, and work closely with Shipping, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and playing an important role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physical inventory counts of finished products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies within the ERP system and identify root causes.
- Adjust and reconcile inventory records in the ERP system to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Act as a liaison between Shipping and Quality Assurance to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Prepare and distribute inventory accuracy and variance reports for management.
- Support ongoing cycle-counting programs.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce inventory errors and shrinkage.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Production to align inventory levels with demand and production requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stockouts or overstock situations.




- Maintain accurate and organized inventory records and documentation.

Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Shipping, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Production teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform physical inventory counts, including standing, walking, and lifting products as required.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
