We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food handling and safety standards. As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through excellent meal preparation and food presentation.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to guests




- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
- A genuine passion for the food industry and delivering excellent customer service
