POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Shipping & Warehouse Manager, this position is required to direct,



co-ordinate and process all customer orders through the shipping department to meet the customer and company requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process, direct and log all onsite traffic.
- Scale in all inbound freight for pick up.
- Inspect and seal all US outbound loads.
- Provide data entry services & trouble shoot data discrepancies within the computerized departmental systems.
- Process, co-ordinate and finalize all loads for transportation.
- Provide the required documentation for the transportation of all goods.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods certified.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- High school graduation plus computer software courses.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
