We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a respected and established team of realtors in GP. This position requires days in-office and to be local to Grande Prairie. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content on Canva, and supporting the team with marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
*Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
*Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
*Engage with followers to build community presence

Content Creation
*Design marketing materials and promotional content using Canva
*Capture and edit short-form video content and behind-the-scenes moments to post as reels/stories
*Write compelling captions to accompany social posts

General Marketing Support
*Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies
*Attend photo/video shoots and assist with staging or styling if needed
*Ensure timely posting content to social platforms

Brand Development




*Contribute fresh, fun, and creative ideas to grow the brand and online presence
*Track performance metrics and provide reports on social engagement and reach

Qualifications & Skills:

*Experience with social media management and content creation
*Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
*Basic photography and videography skills (smartphone-based is acceptable)
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Positive, outgoing, and fun personality that aligns with their team culture
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Hybrid Position: at least three days per week in office needed

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
