Safe Home Fireplace Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team part time (3–5 days/week) with the potential to grow into full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule service and in-home consultations—optimize routes and build efficient days by grouping jobs geographically.
- Monitor and adjust the calendar dynamically when changes arise, problem-solving under pressure.
- Support service operations through billing, admin, and customer follow-up.
- Assist customers in the showroom, guiding them toward in-home consultations.
- Maintain the showroom, keeping it clean and welcoming.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and builders.





What We’re Looking For:

- Strong grasp of local geography (London, Sarnia, Strathroy, Chatham, Grand Bend, etc.) for smart scheduling.
- Attention to detail and situational awareness—able to see the “big picture” of the schedule.
- Quick learner with strong aptitude—able to connect the dots and make common-sense decisions.
- Comfort working under pressure and solving problems on the fly.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
- Computer proficiency (Google Calendar; QuickBooks is an asset).
- Reliable transportation to both locations.
- Fluent in oral and written English.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
