Pay: From $19.39/hour

Synergy Protection Group Inc. is hiring dedicated Crossing Guards to help keep pedestrians and our community safe.

Job Fair Location: 251 Consumers Road. Suite 600, Toronto

⚠Must reside in M4, M5, or M6 postal codes – no exceptions

What You’ll Do

- Safely assist pedestrians at designated crossings.
- Coordinate pedestrian crossings with traffic.
- Identify safe gaps in traffic and use sound judgment.
- Communicate safe crossing practices.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety equipment.
- Report incidents, hazards, or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

What You’ll Need

- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) or ability to obtain one.
- Solid communication and situational awareness.
- Ability to remain alert and work independently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.




- Punctuality and commitment to remain at your assigned location for the full shift.

VSS costs will be reimbursed after 3 months of employment with Synergy.
