About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter or Skilled Labourer to join our construction team for a project located outside Fort Frances. Candidates willing to travel will have access to year‑round, full‑time permanent employment once this project is complete.

Our company completes work for Government Institutions, including municipal buildings, military facilities, hospitals, and penitentiaries. Ability to obtain security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

- Follow direction from the Site Superintendent and Foreman
- Perform construction tasks from foundation to final building completion, including:
- Foundations
- Gypsum Wall Board
- Steel Stud & Wood Framing




- Painting
- ACT installation
- Finish & Trim Carpentry
- Doors, Windows & Hardware
- Miscellaneous accessories
- Some exterior civil work
- Maintain strong reliability and punctuality at all times

Requirements

- 5+ years of construction experience (preferred)
- Ability to obtain required security clearance
