We are seeking a talented and energetic Hair Braider to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will bring your passion for hairstyling to life by creating stunning, intricate braids that enhance our clients’ confidence and style. As a Hair Braider, you will also have opportunities to expand your skills in related areas such as eyelash extensions and retail sales, contributing to an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Duties

- Skillfully braid hair using various techniques tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use
- Promote additional services such as eyelash extensions or hair treatments to enhance client satisfaction
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing walk-ins with enthusiasm
- Upsell retail hair care products and accessories to meet client needs and boost sales




- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, communicating clearly, and building rapport with clients

Experience

- Proven experience in hair braiding techniques, with a portfolio of diverse styles preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of eyelash extension application is a plus but not required; training can be provided
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working at the front desk managing appointments and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.50-$22.50 per hour
