We are looking for agile and friendly individuals to join our Food Service Crew. This position requires driving to or living near:

- West Springs in SW Calgary.
- Legacy in SE Calgary.
- McKenzie Towne in SE Calgary

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
- Assist with cash register operations, processing transactions, and handling tips.
- Ensure all customers have an outstanding experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the café, including cleaning, stocking, and inventory checks.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:





- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a café or restaurant setting.
- A passion for desserts and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle cash and use a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is an asset.
