We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to take on a role as a “Commercial Cleaner” at an office in North Winnipeg.

This is a part-time, permanent position which ideally requires candidates who have commercial cleaning experience (however we are willing to train someone with the right attitude and experience in physical work).

COMPENSATION:

$20.00/ per hour + 4% vacation pay each cheuqe

Extended health advantages package included for those who work over 32 hours per week

HOURS:

Monday's - 3 hours (West St Paul) - anytime in the evenings on Mondays

DUTIES:

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming carpeted areas

- Top to bottom restroom cleaning

- Garbage and Recycling removal

- Spot cleaning walls, railings, etc.

- Dusting

QUALIFICATIONS:





- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (oral and written)

- Must be comfortable using a smart phone (texting, emailing)

- Ideally some commercial cleaning experience, BSW (Building Service Worker certificate) preferred
