Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our family at Gurus Cell Phone Repairs in this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and support. The ideal candidate will have understanding of various operating systems, including Apple and Android, as well as experience with software troubleshooting and retail sales. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot software issues, perform hardware repairs, and provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones, laptops and tablets, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Perform software troubleshooting on various operating systems such as MacOS and Windows.
- Utilize hand tools and computer hardware to conduct repairs effectively.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile devices, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety during repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in mobile devices to enhance service quality.




- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in repairing mobile devices, preferably in a retail or technical support environment.
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques for both iOS and Android operating systems.
- Familiarity with MacOS and Windows operating systems is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and understanding computer hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
