Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring smooth cashiering processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and service counters.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks, adhering strictly to food safety standards.
- Provide attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality.
- Support team members with serving food and beverages, restocking supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards.





Experience

- Previous barista experience in a fast-paced food or beverage environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient cashiering.
- Experience in the food industry with skills in serving, food preparation, and food handling.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is preferred.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
