Seasonal position- Part time

Fast paced restaurant seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information

- Upsell products and promote special offers or discounts

- Great communication with kitchen staff.

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Sales skills to effectively promote products and upsell to customers





- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience

- Knowledge of technology products for effective sales assistance

- Proficient in English for explicit communication with customers and team members

- Cashiering experience with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change

This position also comes with food prep responsibilities, basic knife skills are an asset.

Job schedule- Fridays.saturdays and sundays
