What You’ll Be Doing

You already know the trade. We want to give you the environment to do it well.

You’ll:

- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Complete maintenance and mechanical repairs to a high standard
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical concerns
- Work closely with advisors and fellow technicians to keep work moving
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace




- Take pride in repairs that are done right the first time
- Share knowledge and collaborate with the rest of the shop
- Continue developing your skills through training and hands-on experience

What We’re Looking For

- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Experience working in a professional automotive repair environment
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop
- A team-first attitude
- Ford experience is an asset
- Ford diesel experience is a strong asset
