We’re looking for an exceptional residential painter to join our Victoria team.

Not someone who can “paint.”

We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, can walk into a finished home and be trusted to deliver clean, professional results without being babysat.

If you’re one of the best painters in Victoria, we’re willing to pay for it.

Drywall Medic specializes in home-service drywall repair and interior painting. Our work is primarily in occupied homes, so quality is only part of the job. We need someone who is clean, organized, professional with homeowners and genuinely cares about the finished product.

What you'll be doing

- Interior residential painting
- Walls, ceilings, trim and doors
- Repaints and complete room transformations
- Paint blending following drywall repairs
- Surface preparation, filling, caulking and sanding
- Working alongside our drywall repair technicians
- Protecting customers' homes and keeping exceptionally clean work areas
- Communicating professionally with homeowners

What we're looking for

You should be an experienced professional painter who can confidently take ownership of a painting project from preparation through final walkthrough.

You need to be excellent at cutting, rolling, preparation and finishing.

You should understand that a great paint job is mostly about what happens before the paint goes on.

Attention to detail matters.

Cleanliness matters.

Speed matters.

Customer service matters.

And reliability really matters.

You must have your own professional painting tools and equipment.

You must also have a valid driver's licence and be comfortable driving a company vehicle.

This position is probably NOT for you if:

You need someone constantly checking your work.

You routinely leave deficiencies for someone else to catch.

You think getting paint on floors, hardware or customers' belongings is just part of painting.

Or you disappear when the job gets difficult.

We're willing to pay more for someone who can produce excellent work efficiently and represent Drywall Medic professionally in our customers' homes.
