About Vera Wellness
Vera Wellness is a boutique, trauma-focused practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, relational care. We are building a collaborative and specialized team of clinicians who value depth, connection, and high-quality client care.

This opportunity is best suited for a therapist who already has an existing caseload or is actively building one and is looking to expand their practice, offer in-person sessions, and work within a supportive environment without the overhead of running a solo private practice.

Position Details
This is an independent contractor position. Clinicians are responsible for building and maintaining their own caseload (in-person in St. Catharines, and virtual if you choose). As the practice continues to grow, in-house referrals may be available.

Who This Role Is Ideal For
This role is ideal for a therapist seeking a fully furnished office space and who values online visibility and brand alignment through a cohesive website presence. It is also well suited for a clinician who wants access to a qualified booking system and business email without managing backend logistics. Evening and weekend availability is preferred, with some daytime hours available.

We are currently seeking therapists with experience in:

- Couples and relationship therapy
- Grief and bereavement
- EMDR
- First responders

Compensation
Compensation is a 70/30 split. The therapist retains 70 percent, and Vera Wellness retains 30 percent to cover office space, marketing, and administrative support.

Ideal Candidate

- Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
- Specializes in one or more of the areas listed above
- Seeking an independent practice setting with professional support
- Understands responsibility for sourcing and maintaining their own clients
- Passionate about trauma-informed care
- Interested in growing within a collaborative clinic environment
