About the Opportunity

Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Licensed Cosmetologist / Hair Replacement Technician for one of our clients in Randolph, New Jersey.

Our client is an established specialty hair replacement center providing personalized, non-surgical hair replacement solutions for men and women experiencing hair loss.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist with strong haircutting and styling skills who is interested in expanding their career into the specialized field of non-surgical hair replacement.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform men's and women's haircuts, styling, blending, and finishing services.

- Service and maintain non-surgical hair replacement systems.

- Assist with hair system applications and removals.

- Cut, blend, and customize hair systems to achieve a natural appearance.

- Perform color and blending services as appropriate.

- Prepare clients and hair systems for applications and services.

- Educate clients on proper hair system care and maintenance.

- Properly handle, maintain, and care for hair replacement systems and products.

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

- Maintain a clean, organized, private, and professional work environment.

- Protect client confidentiality and provide a comfortable experience.

Requirements

- Active New Jersey Cosmetology License.





- Must be able to independently perform both men's and women's haircuts.

- Strong haircutting, blending, and styling skills.

- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working one-on-one with clients.

- Compassionate and patient when working with clients experiencing hair loss.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Willingness to learn specialized hair replacement techniques.

- Previous hair replacement experience is strongly preferred but not required for the right licensed cosmetologist.

- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits

- $16–$20/hour, based on experience.
