Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Experience in guest services or customer-facing roles that demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting within the food industry’s fast-paced atmosphere
