Choux & C is looking for a passionate artisan baker to join our team.

If you love the craft of traditional French pastry and take pride in working with your hands every morning, we would be delighted to meet you

Your role:

Prepare and bake pastries

Contribute to daily dough preparation, lamination, fillings, and finishing

Ensure the quality, regularity, and elegance of every product

Maintain a clean, organized, and calm production environment

Work closely with the team to uphold our bakery standards

Requirements:

Experience in baking or pastry (artisan or qualified background)

Appreciation for precise, and detail-oriented work

Ability to follow recipes and production methods with care

Early-morning availability

Commitment to craftsmanship, cleanliness, and consistency

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
