Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Our client is looking to hire a contract SCM Coordinator to support procurement and supply chain activities across corporate, operational, and project-based initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside a collaborative team while contributing to critical purchasing, vendor management, and contract administration activities.
What's in it for you:

- $25.00 - $36.00 hourly
- 4-month contract with an immediate start opportunity
- Location: downtown Calgary
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time in-office
- Opportunity to build experience supporting corporate, operations, and project procurement activities

Responsibilities:

- Issuing a high-volume of purchase orders and contracts for a variety of projects and operations
- Managing the PO lifecycle including close-outs
- Setting up current vendors
- Issuing RFPs,



reviewing and drafting contracts, and working on commercial bid evaluations
- Review, draft, and administer contracts in accordance with organizational requirements
- Support vendor onboarding and supplier set-up processes

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an SCM Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or Buyer role
- Fluent with MS Dynamics 365
- Post-secondary completion in supply chain management
- Experienced with high-volume POs
Working experience with RFPs and commercial bid evaluations
