Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Participate in menu planning and development by providing input on seasonal dishes or specials.





Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
