Delivery Material Handlers are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and unloading building materials on commercial and residential building sites according to customer specifications.

Duties:

- Load/unload building materials onto construction sites
- Verify accuracy of load
- Operate and drive tridem axle truck to transport goods and materials
- Performe pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo

Requirements:

- Valid Class 3Q or 1 licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Ability to work at heights (residential rooftop deliveries)
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing




- Satisfactory criminal background check
