Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences, including cuts/shaves
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and answering phone inquiries efficiently




- Foster clear communication with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations and personalized service delivery
- Assist in maintaining the overall salon setting, including organizing supplies and supporting team members as needed

Experience

- Previous experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is highly valued
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to salon environments
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.60-$39.47 per hour
