At Sixth Sense Resources, we partner with clients that are seeking a meticulous and dedicated QA/QC Inspector to support industrial, maintenance and construction projects throughout Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precise measurement tools such as calipers.
- Utilize quality control techniques to verify adherence to specifications and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintain detailed records of quality assessments, and prepare reports for management review.
- Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and updating inspection procedures, checklists, and quality management documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and ensure continuous compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of quality management principles within manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in performing quality control and quality inspection tasks with precision.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret measurement data and identify trends or issues.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data effectively for quality assurance purposes.
- Understanding of industry standards related to manufacturing quality control.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
