We are currently seeking seasonal workers for a transportation. Our site is located near Wandering River, approximately 35 minutes from the site, and Lac La Biche, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away.

The roles available are as follows:

Scaleperson: Recording and verifying the weights of loaded trucks hauling material to the construction project.

Checker: Communicating with and directing truckers on site where to offload the granular material.

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual.

Excellent communication skills.

Possesses a valid Driver’s License and a vehicle that can be used on site. You will have to supply your own vehicle and gas.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to work long hours, including overtime and weekends.

Candidates must successfully complete a background check.

Applicants must have their own accommodations in the area.

No previous experience is required.

The positions will start around mid-September and is estimated to run 4-7 weeks.
