THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Production Clerk to join our Root Cellar team! As a Production Clerk, you will be responsible for various duties including preparing meat and deli in-house products, while following recipes and food safety procedures to ensure consistent quality, freshness, and presentation.

Ensure that product quality, freshness, and presentation meet our high standards.
- Follow all workplace and food safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare, a variety of salads, sandwiches, sauces, and ingredients.
- Stock displays to ensure adequate product levels in the department.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- The ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, work in a cool environment, and lift up to 50lbs.
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- Previous production or cooking experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
- Provide superior customer service.

- Be willing and available to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
