Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers in production departments
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Implement measures to optimize productivity and minimize waste
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a protected working environment





Experience:
- Proven experience as a Production Lead or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Problem solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to production management
