Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in nail artistry and body waxing, while contributing to a welcoming and professional salon workplace. The Nail Technician will also engage in retail sales and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station following health regulations and salon policies
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering advice, and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport, address questions,



and recommend appropriate treatments
- Educate clients on proper nail care maintenance and aftercare instructions

Qualifications

- Certification as a Nail Technician
- Experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
- Skills in body waxing techniques are a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in retail sales is advantageous
- Excellent hygiene practices and attention to detail
