Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional treatment and cultivating long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a practitioner who wants stability, strong administrative support, and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional therapeutic massage services in accordance with training and licensing standards

· Assess clients’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes

· Educate clients on wellness, posture, and treatment recommendations

· Uphold clinic protocols related to hygiene, professionalism, and safety





· Collaborate with management and colleagues to support a strong team environment

· Represent Phoenix Massage & Wellness with professionalism and care

Qualifications

· Registered Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2,200 hours training

· Active member in good standing with an approved Alberta massage therapy association

· Valid liability insurance

· Strong communication and client-service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

· Professional, reliable, and committed to ongoing learning
