Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Responsibilities





- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs

- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services

- Upsell additional services based on customer needs

- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
