We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial/Maintenance Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities as well as completing light maintenance tasks as required. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our patrons and clients.

Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Perform some maintenance or repairs as needed

- Snow clearing
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

- Typical shifts are overnight

Qualifications
- Candidate must be bondable





- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
