Our Line Cooks are the backbone of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking delicious authentic Italian dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Our team is comprised of dedicated and enthusiastic cooks who help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and handling of all ingredients
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing supplies for service
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks with energy and precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with health regulations
- Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Experience





- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards
- Experience in serving or working in rapid-paced kitchens demonstrating adaptability and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and basic meal preparation
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work efficiently under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members
