We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service & Food Prep Associate to join our team and help us make every donut moment special!

Job Description:
As a Customer Service & Food Prep Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive outstanding service while also assisting with food preparation and kitchen maintenance. This role is a blend of customer-facing duties and behind-the-scenes tasks, including food prep, dishwashing, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Prepare food items following company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and front-of-house area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sanitizing countertops, floors, and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the register efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in managing inventory, ensuring ingredients are stocked and rotated properly.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.




- Assist in setting up product displays and keeping the store neat and inviting.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service or food preparation is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays (as required).
- Must be able to work 20+ hours a week with opportunity to become full-time.
- Food Handlers Certification is an asset but not required. Must be willing to obtain certification if hired.
