THE JOB

Our team drivers operate a dedicated lane between Kitchener, Ontario and California, providing consistent cross-border service.

We are looking for drivers who understand the demands of long-haul trucking and are committed to operating safely, professionally, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate company tractor-trailer equipment
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Work efficiently as part of a two-driver team
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Properly secure and handle freight
- Communicate with dispatch throughout the trip
- Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations
- Maintain professional communication with customers and facilities
- Report any mechanical, safety, or operational issues immediately
- Maintain the assigned truck and equipment in good condition

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Ontario AZ Driver's Licence




- Minimum 1 year of commercial tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Cross-border/U.S. driving experience is an asset
- Valid passport and ability to legally enter the United States
- FAST Card is an asset
- Clean and acceptable driving record
- Good safety record
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance

All of our equipment is 2023 or newer.
