MedPro Respiratory Care is the primary home oxygen provider serving BC. We are currently accepting resumes for a Client Service Technician responsible for the set-up and ongoing maintenance of oxygen equipment in client homes throughout the South Island Region. This individual will be providing service and equipment to clients in their homes living with a variety of respiratory disorders. The position is for 37.5hours/5 days per week with a salary starting from $23.00. The position would be Monday - Friday 10:00am until 6:00pm.

Note: this is not an administrative position - we are seeking a field technician.

This position will participate in a on-call schedule, extra hours and over time hours are available as per company policy. The suitable candidate must be a self-starter who is organized, able to adapt to work flow changes, work independently and a be a proactive learner. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be technically minded, able to take direction and willing to learn. Individuals considered for this position should be physically fit and have the ability to lift medical equipment weighing up to 70lbs. You must a have a valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract and able to drive long distances.



Experience in the health sector or customer service would be an asset.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing customer service, installing and performing routine maintenance of oxygen equipment in clients’ homes, and participating in a scheduled evening and weekend on-call rotation. When on call, the employee is responsible for providing coverage across all of Vancouver Island.

A criminal background check will be conducted.
