Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Personal Support Worker (PSW) Instructor to join our team at our Moncton, NB campus. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching and committed to preparing students for successful careers in healthcare across the New Brunswick region.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging classroom and/or lab instruction to LPN and PSW students
Develop and update lesson plans in accordance with provincial standards
Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Support students in both theoretical and practical components of the program
Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, and outcomes
Stay current with healthcare practices and educational methodologies

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certified Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred)
Previous teaching or instructional experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for education and student success

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Moncton, NB
