Green Life Counseling is looking for an experienced and compassionate psychotherapist to join our growing team. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract position with approximately 5 in-person clinical hours per week initially, with the opportunity to increase hours over time.Evening or weekend availability is required.
We are seeking a therapist who is experienced in working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families and who is committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage/Couple & Family Therapy, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related field
- Registration and good standing with CRPO (RP), OCSWSSW, CAMFT, OAMFT/CACFT, or another applicable professional regulatory body
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy, including individual and couples therapy
- Proof of professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical skills and professional judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and accountability
- Evening and/or weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to adolescents, individuals, couples, and families
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential client records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
- Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with clients and colleagues
- Manage appointments and clinical responsibilities independently
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice
- Participate as a collaborative member of the Green Life Counseling team
- EMDR training is an asset
