Duties

- Greet patients warmly, check them in efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling using electronic medical records systems
- Assist patients with their initial paperwork, verify insurance information, and update medical histories accurately
- Prepare exam rooms, assist with fitting contact lenses and eyewear, and support optometrists during eye examinations




- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phones, handling patient inquiries, and coordinating follow-up appointments
- Maintain organized patient records in electronic medical records systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Support inventory management by restocking optical supplies and assisting with product sales at the optical shop

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
