Fairchild Media Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. You will support day-to-day sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and help drive revenue across our television, broadcast, digital and social media, event, and integrated marketing platforms.

Job Duties:

- Support the Sales Team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Explore, develop, and pitch new accounts and business opportunities with clients and agencies, including branded content, TV and digital campaigns, media sponsorships, and other client-driven promotional initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to develop integrated television, digital, social media, event, and marketing solutions tailored to clients' business objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals, sales packages, and integrated advertising and sponsorship solutions.
- Support event- and marketing-driven projects, from client pitching and sponsorship development through coordination and execution.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and agencies, and assist with negotiations and account follow-up.
- Monitor sales pipelines, client activities, and market opportunities, and provide regular updates

Qualifications:





- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, media, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience in the media, broadcasting, or advertising agency industry is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to develop new business, pitch prospective clients, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong experience or interest in event sponsorship, promotions, and marketing-driven projects.
- High level of proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) as asset.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
