Full-Time Night Auditor

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the overnight shift while ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and professionally during overnight hours.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and incoming telephone calls.
- Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Perform the nightly audit of hotel accounts, transactions, and financial records.
- Verify room charges, payments, and daily revenue for accuracy.
- Prepare and complete nightly reports for management.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all front desk information is up to date.
- Monitor the hotel during overnight hours and respond appropriately to guest needs or emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and other hotel departments.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift.

Qualifications:

- Previous hotel, front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred.




- Previous Night Auditor experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable handling cash, payments, and financial records.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

Full-Time | Night Shift

Hourly Rate: $17.35 per hour, including a $1.00 per hour night-shift premium.

The successful candidate must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
