Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer relations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with robust customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cash handling purposes
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and guest services
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$29.11 per hour
