Core Medical Certifications

- First Aid: Valid Standard First Aid certification is mandatory.
- CPR Training: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Level HCP (Health Care Provider) is required.
- Advanced Training: First Responder or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certificate.

Licensing & Driving Requirements

- Driver's Licence: A valid Ontario Class G licence is minimum.
- Clean Record: You must provide a clean commercial driving record/abstract.
- Experience: Some roles require up to 3 years of commercial or transport driving experience.

Physical & Screening Requirements

- Strength Capacity: Ability to lift 250+ lbs using a stretcher or stair chair with a partner.
- Background Check: A vulnerable sector police record check is mandatory.
- Medical Fitness: Passing a physical employment medical exam and showing proof of immunization.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrating high empathy, patience, and clear verbal communication for vulnerable patients

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
