With Love By Beccs is expanding. We are seeking a few dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all team members and clients. This role requires a class 5 licence, strong time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You must be bondable and be able to provide a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

- Perform commercial/residential cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed.
- Engage with clients and occupants to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.




- Safely handle heavy lifting when required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Experience

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Robust communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
