Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team as a Site Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a new centre, building a team, and establishing a robust foundation for excellence in early learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and oversight for daily centre operations
- Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Education licensing requirements and regulations
- Recruit, mentor, and support a team of educators
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
- Build strong relationships with families and the community




- Maintain high standards of programming, health, and safety

Qualifications

- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing with the College of ECE
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and licensing standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for early childhood education and team development
