Grey Method is a multidisciplinary and creative practice seeking an outgoing, driven, passionate Physiotherapist to join our team located at 592 Rathburn Road W. Unit 10.

At Grey Method, we strive to provide treatments based off patient symptoms and presentation, while incorporating effective treatment planning and patient education through active and passive therapy. Treatment plans are based off of each individual’s goals, putting focus on prevention and progression programs.

In addition, we work close with each therapist to consistently learn on a day-to-day basis. We put our focus on understanding the human body; such as what joints must be mobile - stable, different loads - tolerances within specific muscles, prevention - progression through exercise and movement programming.

The ideal candidate incorporates manual therapy, along with patient education while prescribing movement based programs.

Registered Physiotherapist

At Grey Method, our Healthcare Professionals:

· Manage the initial client intake and assessment, identify the problem and discuss the goals and client centered treatment plans moving forward and implement accordingly;

· Ensure patient experience is the clinic’s top priority while providing an ongoing evaluation of the patient’s progress;





· Provide reports and documentation as required while ensuring documentation is aligned with regulations/standards;

· Ensure they are providing safe, professional and effective services in all areas of practice.

Qualifications:

· You have a Physiotherapy license;

· You are a graduate of a recognized college with a Physiotherapy degree program;

· You have a membership, in good standing with the college of Physiotherapist of Ontario;

· You have previous experience within a private clinic setting (considered an asset);

· You are passionate about your work and committed to providing the highest quality of patient care;

· You are able to communicate confidently in a professional manner, using your interpersonal skills to provide superior customer service to clients while building rapport over the phone and in person.
