*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized site environment, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable for staff and visitors. This role is crucial in promoting a healthy workplace and enhancing the overall experience for everyone who enters the facility. *Responsibilities* - Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. - Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a tidy appearance throughout the office. - Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies. - Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. - Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance and Post construction cleaning is required.



- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. - Must be reliable, Must have a driver license, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively. - Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
