Need A Bin Inc. is a Canadian company providing full-service hook lift disposal bin rentals, demolition services, material deliveries and junk removal. We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

Work Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Receive, process, and manage sales orders accurately
- Communicate with dispatch regarding same-day orders and customer requests
- Maintain and update customer and sales information in databases efficiently
- Provide an exceptional customer experience at all times
- Answer customer questions and provide logical solutions
- Record and track information as needed
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new services to customers
- Manage overdue invoices and follow up with customers as required
- Connect with customers to request Google reviews and feedback
- Perform general administrative duties and office tasks as they arise




- Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Achieve individual and team sales goals daily, weekly and monthly
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries promptly
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of the construction and/or waste management industry is an asset
- Solid professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer applications, including database management and order processing

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
