Bilingual Customer Service Representative

(Onsite – Toronto)

Contract-to-Hire | $25.50/hour | 24/7 Shift Rotation

We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a large national call centre in Toronto. In this role, you will handle phone and email inquiries related to building maintenance and specialized services, delivering high-quality support to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with comprehensive training and shift rotation across mornings, afternoons, and nights and weekends.

Shift Details

- Shift duration: 8 hours (30-minute unpaid break)

- Shift Timings:

- Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

- Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

- Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Training: 6–8 weeks (day shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and emails related to service requests, inquiries, and complaints

- Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed notes

- Resolve customer issues professionally, including complex and escalated cases





- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

- Process and manage service requests and communications

- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear written and verbal communication

- Manage call flow independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards

- Adhere to organizational policies and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Robust interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

- Ability to work independently in a high-volume call centre environment

- Enhanced Reliability Clearance required
